MoBC is a living, evolving, conceptual museum highlighting the vibrancy and resilience of Black creativity. MoBC affirms that Black creativity will not be destroyed, despite overt attempts, current and historical, to destroy physical Black art institutions, spaces, and histories. MoBC understands that Black art is powerful and that we cannot allow for prolonged periods of the absence of Black art and artists that can result from intentional attacks on Black creativity and creative institutions.
